Release 9.5.2

This service pack follows the 9.5 release and focuses on refining user experiences and improving functionality across key areas. The updates include updates to On-Demand Events and Group Registrations with Guests, along with critical fixes addressing effective date editing, custom field configurations, and credit card refunds. These improvements ensure smoother operations, better error handling, and greater flexibility in event and registration management.

New Features

Events

On-Demand Events

Performed additional cleanup of configurations and options that do not apply to On-Demand event types. All changes were applied only when the event is an On-Demand event type.

  • Event Configuration – removed “Check Conflict During Set Up”.

  • Active Registrants List – removed Badge Printing option.

Also added the ability to filter On-Demand Events in the Query Builder.

Group Registrations with a Guest

When registering multiple guests, users can select from the Previous Guest list or add Guest information. When a primary registrant is removed from the registration process, the guest registrant is also removed.

Resolved Issues

  • Editing Effective Dates: Resolved an issue wherein the UI for editing the Effective Date of memberships or subscriptions was hidden after the first term purchase.

    Staff users with the appropriate permissions can now access this functionality. Additionally, updates to the Effective Date or Expiration Date will automatically reflect on the Term Purchases screen.

  • Adding or Editing Custom Forms: Updated to prevent users from creating invalid data by restricting the addition of a custom field when attempting to set up as both itemized and non-itemized on the same form.

  • Adding or Editing Custom Fields: Resolved an issue where leading or trailing spaces in a custom field caused the selection to not display in an individual's account. Custom field selections now display correctly.

  • Credit Card Refunds: Enhanced error messaging to provide clearer details when a refund encounters an issue.
