Creating an Award
Award configuration begins with the creation of an Award Record.
- Navigate to the Awards App > Awards.
- Click Add New Award.
- Fill out the Add Award form and complete all required fields.
- Enter an award Name.
- Create a Description for the award.
- Select the award Category if desired. These categories can be created in the Awards App > Setup.
- Enter the award Year.
- Specify a Memento, such as a trophy or other prize.
- Set the Nomination Start and End Date. Nominations can only be created within this range.
- Choose Allow Public Nomination if non-staff users should have the ability to suggest award nominees. (See also Configuring the Non-Staff Nominations Page.)
- Set the Customer Type eligible for the award: Individual or Organization.
- Click Save.
