Setting Certification and Application Auto-Approval

For clients who wish to eliminate the additional step of manually approving certification and / or applications, the system can be configured to automatically approve them.

Enabling auto-approval:

  1. Navigate to the Certifications App.

    To enable auto-approval on the application, open the Application Record. To enable it on the certification, open the Certification Record. The process is the same in either record.

  2. Open the Application Record.

  3. Open the Details tab > Additional Info menu option.

  4. Locate the Auto Approve checkbox and enable if desired.

  5. Click Save.

Note: If an application has requirements and Auto Approve is enabled, the application is not auto approved.
