Making Queries Accessible to Chapter Users

Once Chapter Admin and / or Chapter Staff role(s) are set up, it's possible to configure certain queries to be accessible to users with a chapter role.

There are two factors to enabling this configuration:

• Enabling Query Access to Chapter Roles: The chapter role(s) must be allowed permission to access the designated queries. For more on allowing access to queries, see Assigning Query Security Permissions to Roles.

• Filter by Current User's Chapters: This is a per-query setting which causes the system to return results based on the chapter(s) the current user is affiliated with. To ensure that a chapter user only sees results related to their chapter(s), ensure this option is enabled on the queries which chapter users will access.

Tip: Test this configuration in your Sandbox environment prior to enabling and assigning these roles and permissions to chapter users in Live.
