Managing Booth Applications

If booth applications are permitted, those applications can be managed in the Exhibit Record > Applications tab.

This area displays the following:

  • Organization Name: The name of the organization applying for a booth.
  • Purchased Spaces: Booth spaces purchased by the organization and the option to Quick Assign or Quick Vacate a booth.
  • Status: The status of a customer's booth application. Options here include "Not Assigned," "Partially Assigned," and "Assigned."
  • Application Date: The date on which a customer's application was submitted.

Assigning Booths

Any applications needing to have a booth assigned will display the green Quick Assign button in the Purchased Spaces column.

  1. Navigate to Exhibit Record > Applications .
  2. Click the Quick Assign button next to the application. The Assign Booth window will appear.
  3. If multiple halls are configured for the exhibit, locate the desired hall and click View. If only one hall is configured, no hall selection is displayed.
    • For halls with a floorplan: The floorplan will appear. Click a booth on the floorplan to assign it to a customer.
    • For halls with manually created booths: A list of booths will appear. Click Select next to the desired booth to assign it.

Note: If not using the Quick Assign option, booths can also be assigned in the Exhibit Record > Assignments tab by locating the desired customer and clicking the Assignments button. In the Booth Application Assignments window, locate the space to assign and click the adjacent icon to choose a booth.

Vacating Booths

  1. Navigate to Exhibit Record > Assignments.
  2. Locate the application to be managed.
  3. Click Quick Vacate.

Note: If not using the Quick Vacate option, booths can also be vacated from the Exhibit Record > Assignments tab by locating the desired customer and clicking Assignments. In the Booth Application Assignments window, locate the space to vacate and click the red Vacate button.
