Creating a Campaign

Campaigns are configured to garner donations for an overarching fund. Multiple campaigns can be created for a fund, but only one fund can be associated to a campaign.

To offer funds in the Donation Wizard, these funds must be associated with a campaign, although the campaign is not visible to non-staff.

  1. Navigate to the Fundraising App > Campaign.
  2. Click the Add New Campaign button. The Add New Campaign form will appear.
  3. Complete the Add New Campaign form. Fields marked with an asterisk [*] are required.
    • Name: The name of the campaign.
    • Description: A description of the campaign.
    • Available From and Until: The date range during which the campaign is enabled.
    • Goal: The goal amount to raise in the campaign.
