Managing Recurring Donations
For users who have opted to give recurring monthly donations, these can be managed from the Individual Record.
To manage recurring donations:
- Open the Individual Record > Purchases tab > Donations menu option. A list of funds the individual has contributed to appears. Each donation set as recurring displays the "Recurring Donation" label.
- Click the Details button next to a recurring donation
- Edit Information: If custom fields are associated with the fund, this button can be used to edit responses to those fields.
- Edit Payment Method: Change the payment method for the recurring donation.
- Cancel Recurring Donation
Non-staff can access this page via the My Profile page. The Edit Payment Method and Cancel Recurring Donation options do not appear for non-staff users.
