Emailing Customer Record Change Logs

The Crm.ChangeLogEmail process can be configured to automatically send a regular email to staff who wish to receive a .csv file of changes to Customer Records for a certain time period.

Note: Recipients of this email must be set via the Configuration Setting "Change Log Notification Recipient Email Address." See the help topic: Data Entry Configuration Settings

To enable this email:

  1. Navigate to the Processes App > Process Center > All Jobs tab.

  2. Locate the Crm.ChangeLogEmail job and click Details. The Email Change Log CSV File record will load.

    1. Click the Schedules tab.

    2. Under the Active Schedules menu, click Add New Schedule.

    3. Choose when the process should automatically run: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Options will appear depending on which selection is chosen. For example, if "Monthly" is selected, a user can not only choose the date and time on which the process should initially run, but also the month, day, or week the process should be run again

    4. Click Schedule Process.

To cancel the process, follow steps 1-2a, above. Under the Active Schedules menu, locate the schedule to be deleted and click Cancel.
