Applying Discounts

A discount can be set to:

• apply when the promo code is entered OR

• automatically apply during checkout.

This is determined by the Auto Apply setting, under the Discount Record > Details tab > General Info.

Auto-Apply Enabled

The discount is automatically applied during checkout and the user is not required to know or enter any code.

Auto-Apply Disabled

The code in the Discount Record must be entered in the Promo Code field during checkout.
