Web Content - My Organization Custom Form
The My Organization Custom Form web content allows creation of a page displaying a custom form that can be used to collect organization-specific data.
Note: Note that the record ID must be passed through the browser URL in order to display/test this page.
Example: If the page containing My Organization Custom Form content has the URL, "members.myassociation.com/my-org-form," directly navigating to this URL will not correctly display the page.
The organization ID must also be passed through the URL, like so: "members.myassociation.com/my-org-form/?id=c829186a-605d-ea11-b699-0003ff528276."
This ID is automatically passed if the user navigates through a page using web content such as My Managed Organizations. The URL + organization ID can also be manually created.

Content Configuration
My Organization Custom Form content allows configuration of the following settings.

Custom Form (drop-down field): Choose from existing organization-specific custom forms. The form selected will display for users and can be configured by staff in the Customizations App > Custom Forms.
Result
The resulting page displays the custom form selected in the web content configuration.
