Setting up the Accounting System

Before any accounting-related processes can take place, including the setup or sale of products, essential accounting information must be created.

Required settings include:

• Business Unit

  • GL accounts

  • Payment methods

  • Fiscal year

  • Business unit due to/due from (only required for clients using multiple business units)

• Credit Card Merchant

• Accounting Software Configuration
