Issuing Credits

Issuing a credit for a paid amount creates a credit on the Customer Record. Depending on your system setup this credit could be used as a payment method or simply be refunded to the customer as a credit card or check refund.

Two types of credit can be created:

• Crediting Impexium Transactions

• Manually Creating Credits
